A personal note from your host: Naomi Harris

Hi beauty, welcome to The Menopause Revolution!

For me, the changes of this time of life could be ignored at first. They started slowly with a few extra chin hairs and some weight gain, then 12 months ago my symptoms became too strong to keep dismissing.

But my symptoms were confusing. A frozen shoulder, a sore foot, and distressing emotional changes that came and went didn’t add up to ‘normal’ perimenopause. I realised that if I was confused, with over 15 years of experience as a health professional, then there must be so many of us confused! So I created this event to help answer our questions.

My deepest wish with this event is that you leave with answers to your own confusion, or at least an idea of what to explore and how to take a stand for your own health.

With knowledge comes power. And that is a power that we all deserve to hold.

Take back your power.

Get support. Get informed. Get connected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! This event has been created to give you the knowledge and information that you need so that you can make healthy, informed choices about your own health. But please note that although doctors and other health professionals are speaking at this event, we are not YOUR doctors or health professionals, and the information that will be provided is not individualised for your unique needs. Attending this summit does not establish any kind of patient-client relationship with any of the experts or the host. The information that will be provided is not a substitute for any kind of professional advice, and you should not rely on this information. Always consult a professional in the area of your particular needs and circumstances before you make any decisions.

This is a great question, and one that we celebrate! One of the reasons that this online event exists is that the host, Naomi Harris, believes passionately that we all need to gather as much information as we can, so that we can be empowered to make our own choices about our own health! She has brought together professionals that she trusts, to give you many different view points, so that you can make up your own mind and be empowered to make choices about your own health.

Please, join us! You are SO WELCOME!! If you will be entering into menopause in the future, knowledge is power! And if you are supporting someone who is in menopause, or will be in the future, what a beautiful act of love and support it is to attend an event like this one.
